چکیده
Introduction. The complex anatomy and biomechanics of the calcaneal bone is an important component in stability a lower extremity. According to literature, calcaneus fractures occur 2% all skeletal fractures. vast majority such (almost 75%) are intra-articular injuries resulting from high-energy trauma. absolute studies show indisputable advantage surgical tactics for treatment remote period. Conservative displaced fractures, turn, considered as alternative cases where there contraindications treatment. An analysis reliable sources demonstrates better long-term functional results patients treated by applying minimally invasive techniques. To date, question relationship between choice method early postoperative complications soft tissues remains not fully resolved. purpose this work analyze tissue period after osteosynthesis determine frequency various methods Materials methods. outcomes 42 with (47 fractures) were analyzed. Patients divided into 3 groups depending on techniques used treatment: open direct reduction through extended L-shaped approach followed fixation plate, access subtalar sinus mini-plate, closed transcutaneous cancellous screw fixation. Results. main soft-tissue among different recorded, was established. Conclusion. use fracture prevents number tissues, promotes wound healing development secondary infectious complications.

The aim of this study was to determine the frequency of minor cutaneous and soft tissue complications of rhinoplasty. Materials and Methods: 110 patients (30 Male and 80 Female, ...
متن کاملBiventricular pacing in the early postoperative period after cardiac surgery.
Cardiac resynchronization therapy is not commonly used in the early postoperative period in patients undergoing cardiac surgery who have left ventricular (LV) dysfunction and a history of heart failure. We performed a prospective randomized clinical trial to compare atrial synchronous right ventricular (DDD RV) and biventricular (DDD BIV) pacing within 72 hours after cardiac surgery in patients...
متن کاملOutcome of Incus Interposition after Preservation in Soft Tissue
Introduction: The lenticular process of the incus succumbs to necrosis in chronic otitis media. Few researchers have addressed the issue of autograft incus preservation in the soft tissue of the tragus or mastoid cavity. Nonetheless, preservation of the incus in this method during the second stage of ossiculoplasty is a subject that is still up for debate. This study was carried out to demonstr...

Epilepsy is the most common serious neurological disorder in the United States, but little is known about its effect in the perioperative shoulder surgery setting. The authors sought to determine whether patients with epilepsy undergoing shoulder arthroplasty would be at increased risk for in-hospital adverse events, prolonged length of stay, and nonroutine disposition. Using the National Inpat...
